It goes past the basics into liability and indemnity, commercial law fundamentals and the judgement calls that sit outside established contract law principles. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors. Delegates leave able to work confidently with employment law, contract drafting and company secretarial practice in their own organisation.
