This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into arbitration and mediation, contract interpretation and the judgement calls that sit outside King IV. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because commercial teams routinely sign obligations that legal only sees after a dispute. Delegates leave able to work confidently with commercial law fundamentals, legal risk assessment and board procedure in their own organisation.
