Arbitration and Mediation Reporting and Analytics

Legal, Contracts and Governance|3 days|Classroom or live online

Arbitration and Mediation Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through contract lifecycle management and employment law and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because contract value leaks quietly through weak administration rather than through litigation. Delegates leave able to work confidently with competition law, contract drafting and service level agreements in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Put competition law on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against established contract law principles
  • Make a decision about contract drafting without waiting for a specialist
  • Explain service level agreements to someone who does not do the work
  • Take ownership of contract interpretation rather than escalating it
