Artificial Intelligence in Arc Flash Safety
Electrical and Power Engineering|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through electrical safety procedure and circuit breaker operation as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because maintenance teams are increasingly expected to diagnose equipment they did not commission. Delegates leave able to work confidently with condition monitoring, substation operation and electrical fault analysis in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring condition monitoring into line with current good practice, measured against IEC standards
- Explain substation operation to someone who does not do the work
- Improve electrical fault analysis within their own organisation
- Make a decision about load flow analysis without waiting for a specialist
