Artificial Intelligence in Consequence Management
Public Sector and Municipal Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through asset management and grant management as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because officials are held personally accountable under legislation many have never been trained on. Delegates leave able to work confidently with intergovernmental relations, public participation and ethics in the public service in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring intergovernmental relations into line with current good practice, measured against the Batho Pele principles
- Explain public participation to someone who does not do the work
- Make a decision about ethics in the public service without waiting for a specialist
- Improve public finance management within their own organisation
