Risk and Compliance|3 days|Classroom or live online

This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through fraud risk management and third party risk as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because compliance obligations have multiplied faster than compliance capacity. Delegates leave able to work confidently with business continuity planning, internal audit interface and scenario analysis in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Review business continuity planning and say plainly whether it is working, measured against ISO 31000
  • Explain internal audit interface to someone who does not do the work
  • Spot where scenario analysis is failing before it becomes a finding
  • Bring risk reporting to the board into line with current good practice
