Artificial Intelligence in Governance Risk and Compliance
Risk and Compliance|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through business continuity planning and risk reporting to the board as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because boards are being asked to evidence oversight, not merely assert it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with control testing, scenario analysis and risk appetite and tolerance in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Explain control testing to someone who does not do the work, measured against the Basel framework
- Spot where scenario analysis is failing before it becomes a finding
- Bring risk appetite and tolerance into line with current good practice
- Make a decision about combined assurance without waiting for a specialist
