Artificial Intelligence in Laboratory Quality Management
Laboratory and Quality Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through laboratory safety and supplier qualification as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training. Delegates leave able to work confidently with accreditation preparation, corrective and preventive action and method validation in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put accreditation preparation on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against good laboratory practice
- Make a decision about corrective and preventive action without waiting for a specialist
- Review method validation and say plainly whether it is working
- Take ownership of sample handling and chain of custody rather than escalating it
