Artificial Intelligence in Performance Management in Government
Public Sector and Municipal Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through asset management and revenue management as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because officials are held personally accountable under legislation many have never been trained on. Delegates leave able to work confidently with public participation, service delivery planning and ethics in the public service in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Make a decision about public participation without waiting for a specialist, measured against the PFMA
- Put service delivery planning on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Bring ethics in the public service into line with current good practice
- Improve intergovernmental relations within their own organisation
