Artificial Intelligence in Public Affairs
Communications and Public Relations|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through speech writing and campaign planning as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because internal communication failures surface later as engagement and retention problems. Delegates leave able to work confidently with content planning, message development and media relations in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Review content planning and say plainly whether it is working, measured against recognised crisis communication protocols
- Explain message development to someone who does not do the work
- Put media relations on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Bring community engagement into line with current good practice
