Artificial Intelligence in Quality Management Systems
Laboratory and Quality Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through measurement uncertainty and root cause analysis as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because an accreditation finding can stop a laboratory trading in a way no other quality failure does. Delegates leave able to work confidently with non-conformance management, reagent management and equipment calibration in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Spot where non-conformance management is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against SANAS accreditation requirements
- Explain reagent management to someone who does not do the work
- Improve equipment calibration within their own organisation
- Put accreditation preparation on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
