Artificial Intelligence in Whistleblowing and Protected Disclosure
Legal, Contracts and Governance|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through data protection under POPIA and contract drafting as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors. Delegates leave able to work confidently with cross-border contracting, legal risk assessment and intellectual property in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Spot where cross-border contracting is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against the Companies Act
- Review legal risk assessment and say plainly whether it is working
- Explain intellectual property to someone who does not do the work
- Make a decision about service level agreements without waiting for a specialist
