Audit Readiness Reporting and Analytics
Finance and Accounting|3 days|Classroom or live online
Audit Readiness Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through fraud detection and financial statement preparation and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because boards increasingly expect finance to explain the business, not only report on it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with working capital management, cash flow forecasting and cost allocation in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Make a decision about working capital management without waiting for a specialist, measured against IFRS for SMEs
- Explain cash flow forecasting to someone who does not do the work
- Spot where cost allocation is failing before it becomes a finding
- Take ownership of revenue recognition rather than escalating it
