Benefits Realisation Reporting and Analytics
Project Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
Benefits Realisation Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through benefits realisation and earned value management and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because organisations run more projects than they have capacity to govern. Delegates leave able to work confidently with portfolio prioritisation, project closure and resource planning in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Explain portfolio prioritisation to someone who does not do the work, measured against the PMBOK guide
- Put project closure on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Review resource planning and say plainly whether it is working
- Improve change control within their own organisation
