Brand Communication Reporting and Analytics
Communications and Public Relations|3 days|Classroom or live online
Brand Communication Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through press release writing and communication auditing and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because an organisation's reputation is now formed faster than its communications function can respond. Delegates leave able to work confidently with investor communication, community engagement and stakeholder mapping in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put investor communication on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against established corporate communication practice
- Bring community engagement into line with current good practice
- Improve stakeholder mapping within their own organisation
- Make a decision about interview technique without waiting for a specialist
