This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into audit readiness, working capital management and the judgement calls that sit outside the Companies Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because reporting standards keep moving and finance teams carry the consequence of getting them wrong. Delegates leave able to work confidently with deferred tax, financial instruments and fraud detection in their own organisation.
