Business Intelligence Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through data quality management and data modelling and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because analysts are frequently self taught in the tool and untrained in the reasoning. Delegates leave able to work confidently with report automation, dashboard design and forecasting techniques in their own organisation.
