Change Control Reporting and Analytics
Project Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
Change Control Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through lessons learned and resource planning and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because the coordination layer is usually the least trained and the most load bearing. Delegates leave able to work confidently with cost estimation, scope definition and scheduling in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring cost estimation into line with current good practice, measured against earned value management
- Make a decision about scope definition without waiting for a specialist
- Review scheduling and say plainly whether it is working
- Spot where project closure is failing before it becomes a finding
