Circuit Breaker Operation
Electrical and Power Engineering|3 days|Classroom or live online
This Circuit Breaker Operation programme gives delegates a working command of protection relays and circuit breaker operation, grounded in IEC standards. Organisations invest here because electrical incidents are among the few workplace risks that are immediately fatal. Delegates leave able to work confidently with arc flash assessment, transformer maintenance and insulation testing in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Spot where arc flash assessment is failing before it becomes a finding, measured against IEC standards
- Review transformer maintenance and say plainly whether it is working
- Make a decision about insulation testing without waiting for a specialist
- Bring earthing and bonding into line with current good practice
