This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into risk culture, operational risk and the judgement calls that sit outside the Basel framework. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because compliance obligations have multiplied faster than compliance capacity. Delegates leave able to work confidently with third party risk, risk assessment methodology and combined assurance in their own organisation.
