Community Relations Reporting and Analytics
Communications and Public Relations|3 days|Classroom or live online
Community Relations Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through content planning and stakeholder mapping and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because spokespeople are frequently appointed without ever having been trained. Delegates leave able to work confidently with message development, brand positioning and internal communication in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Make a decision about message development without waiting for a specialist, measured against stakeholder mapping methodology
- Put brand positioning on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Spot where internal communication is failing before it becomes a finding
- Bring communication auditing into line with current good practice
