This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into competition law, corporate governance and the judgement calls that sit outside the Companies Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because contract value leaks quietly through weak administration rather than through litigation. Delegates leave able to work confidently with service level agreements, employment law and intellectual property in their own organisation.
