Competition Law Reporting and Analytics

Legal, Contracts and Governance|3 days|Classroom or live online

Competition Law Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through dispute resolution and competition law and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors. Delegates leave able to work confidently with company secretarial practice, corporate governance and cross-border contracting in their own organisation.

What delegates leave able to do

  • Put company secretarial practice on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against the Companies Act
  • Improve corporate governance within their own organisation
  • Bring cross-border contracting into line with current good practice
  • Take ownership of liability and indemnity rather than escalating it
