This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through board procedure and legal risk assessment on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with contract drafting, cross-border contracting and regulatory compliance in their own organisation.
