Contract Lifecycle Management: Tools and Techniques

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through dispute resolution and corporate governance on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: commercial teams routinely sign obligations that legal only sees after a dispute, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with liability and indemnity, contract lifecycle management and data protection under POPIA in their own organisation.
