This programme is written from the assurance side. Delegates learn to test whether arbitration and mediation and corporate governance are working as claimed, and how to evidence the conclusion. Assurance work is under scrutiny because regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors. Delegates leave able to work confidently with cross-border contracting, contract drafting and data protection under POPIA in their own organisation.
