It goes past the basics into arbitration and mediation, contract drafting and the judgement calls that sit outside the Companies Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors. Delegates leave able to work confidently with regulatory compliance, data protection under POPIA and board procedure in their own organisation.
