Contractor Safety Management Reporting and Analytics
Health, Safety and Environment|3 days|Classroom or live online
Contractor Safety Management Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through safety auditing and personal protective equipment and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because incident investigation frequently stops at the immediate cause. Delegates leave able to work confidently with safety culture, safety management systems and toolbox talks in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Take ownership of safety culture rather than escalating it, measured against the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Bring safety management systems into line with current good practice
- Improve toolbox talks within their own organisation
- Explain permit to work systems to someone who does not do the work
