This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into financial instruments, budgeting and variance analysis and the judgement calls that sit outside IFRS for SMEs. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because audit findings are now a reputational matter as much as a technical one. Delegates leave able to work confidently with working capital management, treasury operations and financial statement preparation in their own organisation.
