Crisis Communication Reporting and Analytics
Communications and Public Relations|3 days|Classroom or live online
Crisis Communication Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through internal communication and spokesperson training and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because internal communication failures surface later as engagement and retention problems. Delegates leave able to work confidently with communication auditing, investor communication and reputation measurement in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Explain communication auditing to someone who does not do the work, measured against recognised crisis communication protocols
- Spot where investor communication is failing before it becomes a finding
- Take ownership of reputation measurement rather than escalating it
- Make a decision about message development without waiting for a specialist
