Crisis Management Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through internal audit interface and crisis management and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because risk registers are widely maintained and rarely used in an actual decision. Delegates leave able to work confidently with business continuity planning, risk identification and control testing in their own organisation.
