This programme is written from the assurance side. Delegates learn to test whether legal risk assessment and service level agreements are working as claimed, and how to evidence the conclusion. Assurance work is under scrutiny because regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors. Delegates leave able to work confidently with contract drafting, competition law and company secretarial practice in their own organisation.
