Data Governance Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through scenario modelling and forecasting techniques and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because analysts are frequently self taught in the tool and untrained in the reasoning. Delegates leave able to work confidently with dashboard design, data cleaning and preparation and self service analytics in their own organisation.
