This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into pivot table analysis, visual encoding choices and the judgement calls that sit outside established visualisation principles. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because most organisations have more dashboards than decisions that depend on them. Delegates leave able to work confidently with data modelling, scenario modelling and dashboard design in their own organisation.
