This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through legal risk assessment and data protection under POPIA as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because contract value leaks quietly through weak administration rather than through litigation. Delegates leave able to work confidently with intellectual property, service level agreements and corporate governance in their own organisation.
