This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through corporate governance and company secretarial practice as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because contract value leaks quietly through weak administration rather than through litigation. Delegates leave able to work confidently with commercial law fundamentals, regulatory compliance and data protection under POPIA in their own organisation.
