Risk and Compliance|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through internal audit interface and regulatory reporting as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because boards are being asked to evidence oversight, not merely assert it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with scenario analysis, risk appetite and tolerance and risk assessment methodology in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring scenario analysis into line with current good practice, measured against the Basel framework
- Take ownership of risk appetite and tolerance rather than escalating it
- Make a decision about risk assessment methodology without waiting for a specialist
- Review crisis management and say plainly whether it is working
