This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through safety management systems and risk assessment as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because incident investigation frequently stops at the immediate cause. Delegates leave able to work confidently with root cause analysis, safety culture and hazard identification in their own organisation.
