This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through corrective and preventive action and document control as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training. Delegates leave able to work confidently with supplier qualification, method validation and proficiency testing in their own organisation.
