Digital Transformation in ISO 14001 Implementation
Health, Safety and Environment|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through root cause analysis and contractor safety management as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because incident investigation frequently stops at the immediate cause. Delegates leave able to work confidently with incident investigation, hazard identification and personal protective equipment in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Make a decision about incident investigation without waiting for a specialist, measured against ISO 14001
- Explain hazard identification to someone who does not do the work
- Put personal protective equipment on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Take ownership of toolbox talks rather than escalating it
