This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through non-conformance management and method validation as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training. Delegates leave able to work confidently with reagent management, laboratory design and internal auditing in their own organisation.
