Digital Transformation in Quality Management Systems
Laboratory and Quality Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
This programme examines how the practice is shifting, and what delegates should adopt, adapt or ignore. It works through technical record keeping and method validation as they stand today and where they are heading. The shift is worth understanding because an accreditation finding can stop a laboratory trading in a way no other quality failure does. Delegates leave able to work confidently with laboratory safety, reagent management and corrective and preventive action in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring laboratory safety into line with current good practice, measured against ISO 17025
- Explain reagent management to someone who does not do the work
- Spot where corrective and preventive action is failing before it becomes a finding
- Take ownership of document control rather than escalating it
