This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into data integrity, technical record keeping and the judgement calls that sit outside ISO 9001. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because an accreditation finding can stop a laboratory trading in a way no other quality failure does. Delegates leave able to work confidently with supplier qualification, proficiency testing and laboratory safety in their own organisation.
