Document Control: Tools and Techniques
Laboratory and Quality Management|3 days|Classroom or live online
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through reagent management and data integrity on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with equipment calibration, root cause analysis and measurement uncertainty in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put equipment calibration on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against ISO 17025
- Make a decision about root cause analysis without waiting for a specialist
- Spot where measurement uncertainty is failing before it becomes a finding
- Explain sample handling and chain of custody to someone who does not do the work
