This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into corporate governance, data protection under POPIA and the judgement calls that sit outside the Companies Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because contract value leaks quietly through weak administration rather than through litigation. Delegates leave able to work confidently with competition law, regulatory compliance and board procedure in their own organisation.
