Earned Value Management for Managers

This programme is for the person accountable for the work rather than the person doing it. It covers change control and scope definition from the position of someone who must review, approve and answer for the output. Managers carry this because most project failure is visible in the schedule long before it is admitted in the status report, and the accountability does not delegate cleanly. Delegates leave able to work confidently with project closure, project initiation and cost estimation in their own organisation.
