This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through cable fault location and switchgear maintenance on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: electrical incidents are among the few workplace risks that are immediately fatal, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with substation operation, arc flash assessment and electrical safety procedure in their own organisation.
