Emergency Preparedness Reporting and Analytics
Health, Safety and Environment|3 days|Classroom or live online
Emergency Preparedness Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through confined space entry and root cause analysis and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because incident investigation frequently stops at the immediate cause. Delegates leave able to work confidently with hazard identification, safety culture and emergency preparedness in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put hazard identification on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against ISO 14001
- Bring safety culture into line with current good practice
- Take ownership of emergency preparedness rather than escalating it
- Improve environmental impact assessment within their own organisation
