Employment Equity Reporting and Analytics
Human Resources|3 days|Classroom or live online
Employment Equity Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through workforce planning and HR analytics and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend. Delegates leave able to work confidently with remuneration and benefits, employee wellness and employee relations in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put remuneration and benefits on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against the Ulrich HR business partner model
- Spot where employee wellness is failing before it becomes a finding
- Review employee relations and say plainly whether it is working
- Bring CCMA preparation into line with current good practice
