This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into dispute resolution, intellectual property and the judgement calls that sit outside the Companies Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors. Delegates leave able to work confidently with regulatory compliance, service level agreements and liability and indemnity in their own organisation.
